Position

Bogdan Giurca is practicing law in the field of criminal law. Among the areas of practice in criminal matters in which he is active are: legal assistance and representation in all categories of criminal cases, especially regarding economic crimes and corruption, both in terms of the criminal side and the civil side; legal consultancy for the prevention of criminal problems; protection of crime victims.

Career

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the “Nicolae Titulescu” University in Bucharest in 2008. In the same university, he attended the “Judicial Career” master’s courses, completing them in 2010. Between 2012-2015, he attended the Doctoral School Courses of “Titu Maiorescu” University Bucharest at the end of which he obtained the title of Doctor of Law.

From 2011 to the present, he is a teaching staff of “Hyperion” University in Bucharest, giving seminars on Criminal Procedural Law.
