Mehmed Fatih Göksu has a practice area in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, contracts law and competition law, and provides legal services to entrepreneurs and new and mature companies in emerging and high-tech industries, especially at local and international level, by advising generally on issues involving commercial and institutional activities. In this context, Mr. Göksu provides commercial and institutional consultancy at almost every stage of a company’s businesses in various subjects including company establishment, mergers and acquisition, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, negotiations, preparation, examination and giving of opinion on commercial contracts in a wide range of subjects, particularly international goods and services purchasing and sale contracts, distributorship agreements and confidentiality agreements, making of legal research, preparing of legal reports, giving of legal opinions, following legislation and carrying out all kinds of procedures before relevant authorities.

His area of expertise covers advising borrowers and lenders in project finance deals, incorporation and structuring of SPVs, drafting and negotiating the contracts in project finance and corporate finance structure, assisting in arranging, negotiating and financial closing of facility agreements as well as security agreements, direct agreements, shareholder support agreements and debt assumption agreements. Mr. Göksu also has professional experience in other project-related transactions such as drafting and negotiating consultancy agreements, supply agreements, EPC contracts and O&M contracts.
