Ms. İncekas is a Partner focused on corporate and commercial law. In these fields of law, she provided consultancy services to many foreign incorporated and international companies in various sectors.

In this fields of expertise, she provided consultancy services for day to day affairs and business needs of the companies, conducted necessary corporate works and prepared BoD & Shareholders Resolutions, performed general assemblies, share transfer registrations, established companies and branch offices, performed capital increase, decrease procedures, revised AoA’s, followed liquidation procedures.

In addition, as a well versed expert, she represented clients, which are contactors, investors, service providers, employers, shareholders on each side of the transactions. She drafted, reviewed, negotiated with external parties and executed all types of commercial contracts such as confidentiality, sale, supply, distribution, service, lease services, employment, rent, NDA, LOI, SHA, MOU, distributorship, consultancy, share transfer, franchise, cloud, advertisement, promotion, SEO, SEM, trademark registration contracts.

Furthermore, she advised reputable clients on many M&A transactions and carried out a wide range of corporate transactions in various sectors. In relation to this, she performed legal due diligences on tight deadlines, drafted SPA, SHA, negotiated with different parties, performed necessary applications in various sectors with proper knowledge to lead a project from start to finish.

Ms. İncekas also liaised with regulatory authorities, commercial partners and stakeholders, where necessary, during the establishment of new businesses in Turkey.

Within the scope of consultancy in corporate and commercial law, Ms. İncekas also performed Turkish Law compliance of the foreign incorporated companies, monitored and advised on legal risks in addition to interpretation of the legislation environment.
