After passing successful the Cyprus Bar Association Exams in 2014, Mrs. Ntorzi joined the Financial Regulatory and Advisory Department of a major advisory firm in Cyprus where she gained experience in providing advisory services to Cyprus and international investment and financial services companies and in regulated industries.

In 2018, Mrs. Ntorzi joined the corporate department of a legal firm in Nicosia where she was dealing with several types of commercial agreements and providing advice on corporate law issues as well as preparing due diligence reports for Cyprus companies.

Since 2021, Mrs. Ntorzi is an Associate Lawyer of the law firm Stelios Americanos & Co LLC and concentrates her practice on corporate/commercial legal issues and regulatory matters. She is member of the following departments of the firm: (i) Corporate and Commercial, (ii) Financial and Investment/Regulatory Compliance and (iii) Innovation and Blockchain.
