Mr Gregores Fylaktou first joined the team of Stelios Americanos & Co LLC as a Trainee Lawyer, before being called to the Cyprus Bar in September 2021.
Mr Fylaktou is an Associate Lawyer of the (i) Corporate and Commercial, (ii) Financial and Investment/Regulatory Compliance and (iii) Innovation and Blockchain departments. He has an interest in the broader legal technology sector and offers support and advice to clients on financial and corporate law issues, including on the authorisation and operation of financial firms, the drafting of commercial contracts and the tokenisation of assets and rights thereto.
