Position

As a lawyer since 2007, AuréIie POULIGUEN has been practicing exclusively in the field of real estate law for both professionals and individuals.

Her experience in real estate, commercial property and co-ownership for more than fifteen years allows her to intervene in many areas of private real estate law, and whenever necessary to closely collaborate with other skills of the firm.

The activity of her team is thus articulated around the four following pillars:
– Commercial, professional, and residential leases,
– Construction and real estate development,
– Transactions and sales,
– Real estate management and co-ownership.

The daily practice in these areas enables Aurelie’s team to be acquainted with the market players and easily identify the strategies to be implemented, to efficiently meet their clients’ needs.

Her engaged and reactive team intervenes in council as well as in litigation cases, with a recognized and established experience in the practices of legal expertise and mediation, as inherent parts of their activity.
