Dr. Badawy specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions, and is recognized for her exceptional skills in drafting and negotiations of all contracts necessary in any M&A transaction, particularly SPA’s, joint venture and/or shareholders agreements, management agreements, escrow agreements, as well as merger and restructuring agreements. Dr. Badawy has also played a key role in major IPO’s and private equity funding transactions.

Dr. Badawy has obtained a BSC in Law from Cairo University in 1992, a master’s degree from the Institute of International Business Law, Cairo University in 1994, a master’s degree (D.E.S.S.) in Litigation and Arbitration from the University of Paris II Assas in 1996, and finally a Ph.D. in International Arbitration from the University of Paris I Sorbonne in 2001.
