Fabien Pouchot regularly represents private and public corporate clients, private equity funds and family offices in cross-border M&A, private equity, joint venture, venture capital and other complex corporate transactions.

He has significant experience in a variety of sectors, with a focus on the technology, energy, biotech, luxury industry and TMT sectors.

In 2017 and 2018, Fabien Pouchot practiced in the New York corporate department of MORRISON & FOERSTER LLP. Also, before joining ADVANT Altana, Fabien Pouchot practiced for several years in the Paris corporate department of ORRICK, HERRINGTON & SUTCLIFFE.

Fabien Pouchot holds a French & Anglo-American Master’s degree in Business Law (Paris X, France), an LL.M. (Albany Law School, New York) and a French & Russian Law degree (Paris X, France).

Fabien Pouchot is admitted to practice in New York and Paris.
