Career
Maria-Eleni focuses on corporate and commercial law. She provides legal advice to both domestic and international clients with regard to their daily business operations, including drafting commercial agreements and corporate documents, participating in due diligence procedures, as well as advising on compliance with applicable regulations in a variety of industry sectors. Maria-Eleni is also part of the consumer protection and competition law team of the firm.
Before joining Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, Maria-Eleni worked in a major corporate law firm in Athens, with a focus on commercial and IP law.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2017.
Education
Maria-Eleni has a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens (LL.B, 2015) and an LL.M in International Commercial Law from the City, University of London Law School. (LL.M, 2017). In 2018, she was awarded the Certificate in Corporate Law and Finance from the University of Piraeus.
