Career

Tassos is a Partner within the EY Business Advisory Solutions, leader of Tax Controversy & Litigation and of the Indirect Tax Practice at EY Greece, with more than twenty-two years of tax and legal experience. He is a founding Partner at Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, the associate regional law firm of EY Greece.

Tassos has an extensive experience in the field of Corporate Law, Corporate Tax and Indirect Tax. He provides business tax and legal advisory services, structuring and planning, pre and post-acquisition advice on various acquisitions and restructurings of Greek major enterprises. Tassos has undertaken a wide range of tax and legal assignments, advising large Greek subsidiaries of multinational companies or Greek listed or non-listed multinational companies. In the last years, he has been acclaimed for succeeding in a number of groundbreaking High Court rulings, that have established a new case law in tax subject matters

In 1995, Tassos worked for one year at a Law Firm and, from 1997 to 2002, at Arthur Andersen. Tassos joined EY Greece in 2002
