Career

Elia is primarily focused on digital and IP law. She provides legal advice and support to clients in various market sectors, including Compliance projects in the field of “Big Data”, Alignment with the new European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Privacy Impact Assessments, Compliance with the use of social media, Cyber security incident management
Design and implementation of Data Security Policies, Data protection by design during digital product development
Compliance in the field of cloud computing and New intellectual property rights arising from the digital transformation.

Before joining Platis- Anastassiadis and Associates Law Partnership, Elia worked in a Belgian company in Brussels in the fields of digital law and more specifically cybersecurity.
