Career

Efstathia focuses on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and is gaining experience in the Special Administration procedures of L. 4307/2014 and the Insolvency procedures of L. 4308/2020.

Prior to joining “Platis-Anastassiadis”, Efstathia was offered an internship in the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she was able to collaborate with diplomates and search upon significant matters of international law. She later worked in distinguished law firms based in Athens, handling a wide spectrum of cases concerning Civil and Banking Law, while her duties included both the provision of advisory services and the representation of financial institutions at litigation level.

She is also acquainted with real estate due diligence and has dealt with Golden Visa issuance procedures for foreign investors.

Since 2021, she is a member of the Athens Bar Association.

Education

Efstathia holds an LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Faculty of Law, 2017) and an LL.M. in “Public International Law” from the said University (2019). In addition, she has studied Law in the Hungarian University of Pécs, under the auspices of the Erasmus Program (2014). Recently, she completed the MSc “Business for Lawyers” in Alba Graduate Business School and will receive her degree in the end of 2022.
