Mina Srećković is a Managing Associate and the Head of the Corporate and Commercial service line in the Belgrade office.
With more than ten years of experience, Mina primarily focuses on corporate mergers & acquisitions as well as acquisition and project financing.
Furthermore, Mina has special expertise in PPPs, concessions, public debt financing, foreign exchange regulations and cross-border transactions, project financing, non-performing loans, equity and debt securities transactions, as well as regulatory compliance, corporate governance and licensing of institutions operating in the banking and financial sector in Serbia.
Mina regularly advises clients on (infrastructure and finance) project structuring considerations involving public and private stakeholders, optimal structures for realising the commercial case of clients and legal considerations affecting such structures.
