Career

Simone specializes in business and corporate law in the field of litigation and provides out-of-court assistance and consultancy also with regard to particularly complex issues concerning partnerships and limited companies. He has gained significant experience in particular in liability cases, filed also on behalf of insolvency procedures, and in appeals against the resolutions of corporate bodies, as well as corporate litigation in general.
Simone also acts as a company secretary and provides assistance to corporate bodies in both listed and non-listed companies.

Simone has been with the LCA Law Firm since 2018.
Since January, 2014, he worked with the SeAS Sanzo e Associati law firm and before this he had worked with the associated law firms Abbadessa Franchina e Associati and Fubini, Jorio, Cavalli e Associati.

Simone works with the Business Law Department in Law School of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, where he was an Honorary Fellow for the 2011-2012 academic year.
He is the author of publications on corporate law, and in 2015 won the annual award for best doctoral thesis, 10th edition, advertised at national level by the Gian Franco Campobasso Association for business and banking law studies.
