Career

Francesco Florio deals with M&A and Private Equity and, in general, with extraordinary transactions such as merger, demerger, joint venture agreements, real estate transactions. He gained extensive experience in transactions involving leading private equity funds, both national and international, working on some of the major deals concluded in Italy in recent years. In 2008, he obtained an LL.M. in International Corporate Finance at King’s College – University of London. In 2011, he completed a secondment period with a leading Spanish firm, thanks to which he currently assists numerous Spanish companies operating in Italy in the industrial and financial sector. In 2012, he worked at Barclays PLC in London, gaining experience in major commercial and financial transactions. Francesco is active in strengthening Legance’s relations with clients based in UK and since 2018 is involved in the development of Legance relations with India.
