Paul Deloo, partner and civil law notary, is specialized in general and notarial corporate law. His practice covers M&A, private equity, financing, restructuring, reorganization, joint ventures, demergers and corporate governance. Paul represents national and international (listed) clients in various (complex) domestic as well as cross-border transactions.

Education
Paul received his degree in notarial and Dutch law from Radboud University Nijmegen in 1997, followed by a specialisation course on Corporate and Business Law from the Grotius Academy. He worked with a large (international) law firm in Amsterdam before he joined Buren in 2005, and was appointed civil law notary on 20 November 2008.
