Career
I am an associate with the Real Estate & Construction practice group at the Latvian office. I have knowledge and experience in the real estate and construction fields and was in the industry even before joining the Sorainen team. I conduct real estate due diligence, including analysis of future real estate development opportunities, and provide legal assistance for real estate transactions.
Understanding the sector. Previous experience and knowledge in the construction and real estate sector helps me to provide competent advice and effective solutions to my clients.
Challenges for the real estate industry. In addition to construction matters, I have also been involved in assessment of energy projects during the due diligence process, providing legal assistance for transactions involving rights of superficies and other property law matters.
Mission. My mission is to help my clients achieve the best results by using my legal expertise. By its very nature, the primary purpose of the legal profession is to provide assistance, so it gives me a sense of satisfaction to be able to help.
