Varda Lavon-Berman is a partner at in the firm’s real estate department.

Varda’s main field of practice is real estate and she has experience and expertise in all aspects of real estate, planning and construction, and has represented companies and individuals in highly complex real estate transactions.

Over her many years of professional experience, Adv. Lavon-Berman has handled large scale real estate projects and planning and construction projects; residential and commercial. In addition, Adv. Lavon Berman represented clients before various authorities such as : the tax authorities, the planning and construction office, appeals committees, civil courts, betterment levy’s proceedings, etc.
The legal services which Adv. Lavon-Berman provides, include, inter alia, the drafting of agreements such as sales agreements, construction contracts, supervision and finance agreements, combination and consideration transactions, “Pinui-Binui” (reconstruction), rental agreements (private, commercial, protected), tenancy agreements, gifting agreements, development agreements, management agreements, marketing agreements, and more.

Adv. Lavon-Berman provides legal advice at all stages of a transaction – commencing with her participation in commercial negotiations, coordinating and making preliminary inquiries with the different authorities, including the Israel Land Authority, the Israel Tax Authority, planning authorities and the Land Registry office – and continuing up to the completion of the transaction. Due to the complexity of the field, Adv. Lavon-Berman strives to ensure that the solutions offered to client are compatible with the specific requirements of each and every client.

Adv. Lavon-Berman also specializes in civil litigation in those areas and provides representation, at the relevant instance, in claims for declarative judgments, expropriation, evacuation, etc.
