Position

Sarit has an expertise in the practice of mergers and acquisitions, and is a leader in the field of cross-border complicated large-scale transactions. Sarit represents Israeli and international corporations, public and private companies, equity funds, individuals and venture capitals in a variety of local and international transactions. 

In addition, Sarit is the leader of the Firm’s activities of in China and manages all long term collaborations of our Firm with Chinese leading law firms.  

Among the matters which she handles in recent years, Sarit represents Chinese corporations that operate in Israel, including private investors, private equity funds and governmental equity funds, in various M&A transactions, in different business areas, such as, digital health, plastic industry, cosmetics, car industry, etc.

Sarit also represents Israeli corporations operating in China, and as such, she has the knowledge and the expertise in the establishment of foreign entities in China, advising and accompanying in the establishment of joint ventures in China, establishment of incubator organizations in China, accompanies corporations that operate in the hi-tech industry, medical device and life sciences ventures, including in the transfer of technology to China (including technology subject to grants from the Israel Innovation Authority). 

In light of her significant activity in the Chinese market, Sarit has developed extensive in-depth knowledge with Chinese law, with the ability to overcome any cultural-business obstacles between east and west that often arise in M&A cross-border transactions, and overcomes exceptionally the challenges that accompany any activities in China. 

Sarit lectures in various forums, including leading academic institutions, on mergers and acquisitions and on investments of Israelis in China and investments of Chinese corporations in Israel and writes articles on these issues.

Sarit serves as the chairperson of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the Tel-Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association.
