Gili’s clientele includes prominent Israeli construction companies, as well as contractors, private landowners, real estate developers and more. Gili in uniquely positioned to advise her clients on construction projects, including, among other things, projects in the field of urban renewal and TAMA 38. Her resume includes a variety of commercial real estate projects, some of which are worth hundreds of millions of shekels. Her in-depth understanding the real estate sector grants Gili the ability to handle any transaction or real estate project while making a specific and significant contribution to the deal, such as the elimination of bureaucratic barriers, the effective dealing with municipal authorities and the optimal resolution of real estate tax issues. Prior to joining Firon & Co., Gili worked, over the course of two years, for a number of leading companies in the field of real estate where she gained expertise and learned the secrets of the trade inside and out. In addition to her work at the firm, Gili is an examiner for the Israeli Bar Association’s admission exam and sees her role there as a medium for contributing to the education of future lawyers.
