Position

Hedva is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on litigation. Hedva has rich, diverse experience in representing private and publicly traded companies, partnerships and individuals in commercial and civil litigation of all disciplines. She is also seasoned in providing ongoing legal advice to commercial clients on a broad spectrum of civil-commercial matters. Over the years, Hedva has represented some of the most eminent private and publicly traded enterprises in the market in sensitive, intricate, and large scale legal disputes, appearing before all instances of the Israeli courts, including the Supreme Court. She also appears before quasi-judicial bodies on a regular basis, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Her first rate services are not limited to existing commercial disputes, but also cover the client’s ongoing activity in furtherance of preventing future lawsuits. She takes pride in her high rate of success in handling legal cases, a direct consequence of her utmost proficiency, goal orientated approach and client attentiveness. Hedva focuses on high-profile cases of factual and legal complexities pertaining to all commercial and civil disciplines, including corporate law, contract law, real estate and construction, capital markets, administrative law, labor law, intellectual property and more. Her clientele comprises eminent companies from various industries, among them construction, communications, industrial, capital markets, insurance, distribution, medicine and hi tech. Furthermore, Hedva is in charge of the pro-bono work that is carried out by the Firm.
