Position
Adv. Zer-Kavod is a partner in the Firm’s Administrative Law department.
Naama has more than 20 years experience in Civil-Commercial law, with particular emphasis on Administrative law, including representing of corporations in various legal instances such as the Supreme Court and the Administrative Appeal Courts.
Naama provides ongoing legal support to public and private sector corporations, as well as to non-profit organizations, including by providing opinions on complex legal issues and by writing, following-up and assimilating compliance and
enforcement programs, writing procedures and accompanying corporations in crises.
Naama has auditing expertise and many years experience in representing entities which are being audited by the State Comptroller’s Office to minimize their exposure in the framework of the published reports and to ensure their proper ompliance with administrative regulations. In addition, Naama assists the audited bodies in the process of rectifying deficiencies. In this area, Naama has successfully represented many audited entities, including some of the largest and best known government and hybrid companies in Israel, well-known public figures and municipal organizations (such as KKL, the Post Office, NTA, EAPC, IAI and others). In addition, Naama has considerable experience in working with the Audit Commission at the State Prosecutor’s Office, vis à vis various Knesset committees and government ministries.
Naama provides representation to entities with the Israel Land Authority , having gained great experience working with this Authority in representing organizations such as the Airports Authority and the Israel Post Office, over a period of many years.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, Naama was a partner in the law firm Gideon Fisher & Co.
As well as her professional work, Naama volunteers in the organization – Shiur Aher – and has worked as a volunteer coordinator for legal studies at a school in Binyamina for more than a decade, as well as teaching school pupils in the 6th Grade on Fridays.
