Constantina  is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration department and specializes in Asset Tracing and Recovery, Cross-Border Commercial Litigation, Corporate Disputes involving Shareholder Disputes, Corporate Fraud and Asset Tracing as well as Medical Negligence and Employment matters.

Constantina is regularly instructed to represent clients in injunction proceedings in high-profile disputes of wealthy individuals or entities, often with a cross-border, multi-jurisdictional element.

She is also involved in cases seeking the recognition, registration and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards on behalf of foreign international companies and organizations in Cyprus.

Constantina was promoted to Partner in 2023 and is  based at the Limassol office.
