Career

Eleni specializes in immovable property law and assists international and local clients with their real estate matters in Cyprus. She focuses on property purchase and conveyancing of new and resale properties. She often represents clients in real estate agreements, transactions and joint ventures for the sale, rental and construction of residential and commercial properties. She has acted for clients who have invested in large scale projects in Cyprus as well as for clients who have acquired landmark properties.

Eleni has an extensive experience on immigration law. She regularly advises clients on their immigration matters including applications for obtaining Cyprus citizenship and/or residency. She also advises individuals on private client matters including estate planning, succession planning, banking, taxation and corporate matters. Her practice focuses on strategic planning for business growth in Cyprus and abroad.

She has participated in panels abroad (Los Angeles – USA, Beijing – China) and international conferences where she has presented the Cyprus immigration and investment schemes. She has contributed in international legal and tax guides analyzing the Cyprus regulations on private client matters (Legal 500 Country Comparative Guide: Private Client, January 2020 and Chambers Global Practice Guides, 2019). She is a member of the Uglobal Writers Council.

She has been awarded the Corporate Live Wire’s 2016 and 2017 Global Awards, in the field of Immigration Law. Also, Eleni has been awarded the Investment Solicitor of the Year for Cyprus by the Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards 2018 and the most Influential Woman in Immovable Property Law of the Year 2019 for Cyprus, by the Acquisition International’s 2019 Global Excellence Awards.

Eleni is a member of the Board of Directors of STEP Cyprus and a member of the Investment Migration Council (IMC).
