Mr. Miller is a partner in the Berlin office. The main focus of his legal practice is in the field of drug distribution. He is a member of the industry team “Health Care & Life Science”. Dr. Miller advises and represents pharmacists in competition and remedy law as well as in professional law proceedings and has extensive expertise in the conception, structuring and advice of mail order and branch pharmacies as well as in the drafting of hospital and home care contracts. Dr. Miller also advises on distribution agreements and contracts with health insurance companies. In the area of patient-specific provision of pharmaceuticals (blistering), he represented clients in the relevant court decisions. Dr. Miller also advises clients on the import and export of pharmaceuticals and on the interface between pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.

The focus of his notarial work is on real estate law (especially property development and residential property law), corporate law including advice on the formation of all types of companies, including stock corporations, restructuring and conversions, and inheritance law.
