The practice is well versed in non-contentious matters, including the drafting and negotiation of license and R&D agreements. Von Heideken is noted for her broad experience in representing clients before the Swedish administrative courts in commercial cases against government agencies. Sofia Falkner has a great deal of regulatory expertise, with her primary areas of focus being the pharma and medtech sectors. Falkner also has deep knowledge of Swedish and EU competition law, advising on a number of cartel investigations and the management of internal investigations.
