Partner. Angela Porumb is a well-reputed litigator, who has been covering a wide range of civil and commercial disputes for over 20 years and is known for her extensive experience in front of Romanian Courts, at all levels. Angela acts on all types of disputes, including commercial, fiscal, and administrative litigation, as well as disputes regarding judiciary reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings.

Her clients include leading multinational corporations, as well as private local companies acting in various sectors, such as pharma, financial investments, construction of seagoing ships, real estate or construction development projects, banking, energy, public utilities, and FMCG. She regularly acts for public figures, large corporations, banks, and public institutions, on numerous national and international litigation cases.

Angela successfully represented clients before all important courts in Romania, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court, and is recognised and appreciated by clients for her extensive experience and strategic case files management, promptness, and proven effectiveness in solving difficult cases.
