Career

Pedro is a founding partner and president of the Executive Committee, whose professional experience includes legal advisory services to Public Administration, together with extensive experience in the private sector, making him a well-known expert in litigation and corporate law. Currently he is the Head of the Litigation and Insolvency department. As a Member of the Public Legal Counsel to the Spanish Government (Abogado del Estado), he was the Director of the Finance Delegation (Asesoría Jurídica de la Delegación de Hacienda) in Barcelona and the Deputy Director General of the Resources of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance (Subdirector General de Recursos del Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda). Previously, he formed part of the boards of directors of companies such as Aplicaciones Técnicas Industriales SA, Portland Iberia SA, Portland Morata de Jalón SA, Radio Zaragoza SA, Difusora de Información Periódica SA, Unidad Editorial SA, Telefónica Telecomunicaciones Públicas SAU (Cabitel), Telefónica de Contenidos SAU, the State Association for Execution of Commemorative Programs for the Five-Hundredth Anniversary of the Discovery of America SA (Sociedad Estatal para la Ejecución de Programas Conmemorativos del V. Centenario del Descubrimiento de América SA), Audiovisual Sport, SA and the State Department for Foreign Cultural Activities (Sociedad Estatal para la Acción Cultural Exterior del Estado). Currently, he forms part of, among others, the boards of directors and governing bodies of Renta 4 Servicios de Inversión SA, Renta 4 Sociedad de Valores SA, Indra Sistemas SA, Hispasat SA, Colombia de Telecomunicaciones, SA (Telefónica), Consorcio Público Casa de América and Antena 3 of Televisión SA.
