Senior Associate in the Litigation Practice of the Barcelona office, Cristina has extensive experience in the defence of legal proceedings in civil and commercial law. Within the litigation area, she specialises in real estate, banking and civil liability law.

Cristina has extensive experience in the distribution and franchise sector, advising various large national and international franchise networks, from different sectors, regarding contracts and agreements, consumer complaints and disputes with franchisees and/or licencees, as well as the filing and conducting of legal proceedings resulting from their business activities.
