Alberto is an associate in the Financial and Banking Law area of Ramón y Cajal Abogados since 2022.
With more than 7 years of experience in providing comprehensive advice to credit institutions, Alberto specializes in debt refinancing processes, debt restructuring and project finance, especially in the energy and real estate sectors. He has extensive experience in advising on all types of domestic and multi-jurisdictional structured finance transactions, direct lending, corporate and acquisition finance (LBOs and MBOs), portfolio sale transactions (NPLs and REOs), real estate finance, trade receivables programs and syndicated financings.
He also has extensive experience in advising on pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy, corporate and real estate law.
