Jaime advices investment funds, developers, hotel and real estate companies, both national and international, in all types of real estate transactions.

His practise is focused on providing legal advice on transactions involving the acquisition, disposal, financing, development and leasing of real estate assets (i.e. shopping centres, hotels, office complexes and logistics Parks, among others).

Jaime is a lawyer with an international perspective who previously worked at the global law firm Hogan Lovells.
