Shirin Gabbay-Metzger is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.
Ms. Shirin Gabbay-Metzger began her legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2012. Shirin is a member of the firm’s litigation team. She is involved in the representation of clients before the Israeli courts in domestic and international civil and commercial disputes, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. She is also involved in the representation of the firm’s clients in white collar crime litigation, including financial, tax and securities offences. During her legal studies, Shirin served as a member of the Criminal Justice Clinic, which provides pro bono legal representation for indigent defendants, and was a member of Tel Aviv University’s Law Review, “Iyunei Mishpat.” Shirin also served as a student representative of the Tel Aviv University Student Union and headed the law school’s orientation program for new students, as well as the “Mevoot Mishpat” (“Pre-law”) program, through which students teach basic law on a volunteer basis to elementary and high school students.
