Career

Ori Yitzhak is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.

Ori concentrates on general corporate legal matters, cross-border M&A, financing and the representation of technology companies.

Ori is involved in the representation of lenders and borrowers in financing and securities transactions, and in the construction and negotiation of complex international and domestic transactions. Additionally, Ori advises companies throughout the various stages of their development with regard to day-to-day activities, financing, contracts and agreements. Ori also represents both public and private companies regarding a wide range of on-going legal matters.

From 2007 to 2009, Ori worked as the scriptwriter of an educational preparatory television series for the mathematics matriculation exam, which was produced by the Israel Educational Television for the Ministry of Education.

During his legal studies, Ori served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Theoretical Inquiries in Law, a legal theory and jurisprudence journal published by the Cegla Center for Interdisciplinary Research of the Law at the Buchmann Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University.
