Lior is a Managing Partner at Gornitzky & Co. and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Lior leads Gornitzky’s Telecommunication and Media Practice and Corporate Practice.

Lior advises some of Israel’s leading corporations (including publicly traded companies) in corporate and securities legal matters in a wide variety of industries.
Lior has extensive experience in numerous corporate and M&A cross-border transactions and reorganization, corporate finance transactions, private placements of debentures. He also provides complex corporate advice to companies and corporations.

Telecommunication and Media
Lior has extensive experience in representing foreign and Israeli telecommunication and media corporations, including leading international media corporations, Israel’s largest telecom company, one of Israel’s leading cellular companies and the only Israeli provider of multi-channel television broadcasts via satellite.
Lior specializes in the regulatory regime of the telecommunication and media sphere, as well as in telecom and media-oriented transactions and litigation.
