Frédéric Fuchs heads the competition, distribution and commercial contracts practice of the Firm.
Prior to joining AYACHE (f/k/a AyacheSalama), Frédéric practiced in the competition departments of first tier UK and US law firms before founding a French boutique firm where he headed the competition team. Frédéric advises across the various areas of competition law (merger control, antitrust and distribution). These activities are divided between counselling and representation before the EU and French competition authorities and courts.
