Lilia is a Senior Associate at DGKV. Her main areas of expertise include immigration law, as well as general corporate, contract law, M&A, media and telecoms. In the area of immigration law, relevant projects on which Ms Kisseva has worked include: advising and assisting foreign clients and their local subsidiaries in relation to obtaining work and residence permits for foreigners (both EU and non-EU nationals) seconded to Bulgaria, as well as for foreigners employed by the local subsidiaries, or serving as members of the managing or controlling bodies of local subsidiaries; advising numerous foreign nationals (both EU and non-EU) in relation to visa and work and residence permit matters, family gathering procedures and obtaining Bulgarian citizenship.
