Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1990, Nicolas Brault joined Veil Jourde in 2020 with his team to become responsible for the firm’s “Intellectual Property” practice. He began his career at Yves Attal in 1990, then created its own firm before joining Veil Jourde from 1994 to 2004. From 2004 to 2019, he headed Watrin Brault Associés, a niche media and intellectual property law firm before re-joining Veil Jourde in 2020. He operates in all areas of intellectual property, communication and media law (audiovisual, cinema, advertising, press, publishing), new technology law (internet, telecoms), particularly for the benefit of large luxury or communication groups.
