He is the senior partner of Łaszczuk & Partners and was the managing partner of the firm for its first two decades. From 1982 to 1987 he served as a judge in the Province Circuit Court in Warsaw.

For over 30 years he has been advising and representing domestic and international clients in arbitration and litigation, as well as in civil law and commercial law. For many years, he had also advised clients on intellectual property issues and tax law.

Currently, he focuses mainly on litigation and arbitration: constructing strategies of dispute management and client representation, both domestic and international. He also represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, especially related to mergers & acquisitions, real estate, construction contracts and commercial contracts.

He has participated in over 400 arbitrations, as either the chairman or an arbitrator, proceeded in permanent arbitration institutions and ad hoc, under the rules of, among others, UNCITRAL, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. He has also represented clients in high-profile post-arbitration proceedings. His experience also includes advising and representing clients in investment arbitration.
