Marek is a managing partner of the Law Firm. He advises on telecommunications law, IT law and data privacy and on corporate matters, particularly in regulated industries. His experience includes comprehensive advice on judicial and administrative proceedings, including preparation of the overall strategy for conducting the matter and representation of clients before courts and administrative authorities.


In 1994–2007 he worked with Łaszczuk & Partners. In 2007–2016 he held managerial positions in the legal department of one of Poland’s largest telecommunications operators, including Director of the Legal Department. In 2016 he rejoined the team at Łaszczuk & Partners. In 2019 he became a managing partner.

He is a 1994 graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. He was admitted to the practice of law as a legal advisor in 1999.
