Veton Qoku is a dual-qualified lawyer, practicing as an independent attorney at law in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners and a Partner heading the practice in North Macedonia, also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. His particular focus is on large-scale M&As, energy and infrastructure projects and project finance, particularly in North Macedonia, Kosovo* and Albania. In addition to this, he has also advised on capital real estate projects, that included advisory related to concessions and negotiation with local authorities. Veton’s broad experience includes counselling clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, telecom, energy, mining, infrastructure, real estate and construction, finance and healthcare.
