Yael Kalmanovich is an experienced and skilled IP lawyer and IP litigator who specializes in trademark, copyright, and industrial design litigation. She has represented clients in proceedings before all courts, including the Supreme Court of Israel, as well as in proceedings before the Registrar of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks, and various arbitration proceedings.
In addition to the aforementioned, she leverages her years of expertise and capabilities to provide ongoing legal counsel to our firm’s clients regarding various intellectual property matters. Specifically, she provides legal counsel on various copyright matters to authors, lyricists, poets, composers, writers, and other creators.
