Career

Hila Oz Meyer is a highly skilled lawyer who handles all matters related to IP. She also provides legal counsel to our firm’s clients on copyright, trademarks, passing-off, and design patents issues, including drafting legal documents for internet websites, commercial-contractual litigation, counsel on consumer protection law matters, and product labeling and standards, amongst others.

Hila litigates cases of copyright and trademark infringements in all instances. She has also obtained a proven track record as a litigator who successfully leads litigation proceedings before the Israeli courts and other tribunals, such as the Israeli Registrar of Trademarks and Designs and the Patent Registrar.

Hila frequently represents our clients before governmental authorities, including the customs authorities and local police department, in order to facilitate the prevention of import and distribution of counterfeit goods throughout Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
