In the firm, Gerald (Gary) Kain is responsible for managing the ongoing prosecution of many patent applications of Israeli and foreign clients. His fields of expertise include, among others, chemistry, biology, medical devices, and mechanical engineering.

Gerald is an experienced, bilingual (Hebrew and English) advocate and patent attorney with deep knowledge and proven abilities in prosecuting inventions and patent applications, and providing legal advice concerning patent law.

He has extensive experience and knowledge of patent application filing, application reinstatement, disclosure requirements, and other requirements of the patent statute in Israel and abroad.

Being a patent and a law attorney, Gerald is in an excellent position to counsel on patent law and practice, infringement issues, and freedom to operate opinions.
