Amir Dolev is a partner in the firm’s litigation group, with extensive experience in commercial and banking litigation.
Amir advises clients in complex insolvency proceedings, rehabilitation of companies in financial difficulty, debt arrangements and representation of creditors in all types of insolvency proceedings.
Amir also has significant experience serving as a court-appointed officer in insolvency proceedings and as a trustee in the recovery of companies, in creditor arrangements and as a receiver and liquidator of companies.
In addition, Amir has experience representing defendants, including food manufacturers, importers and retail chains in class action litigation on consumer issues.
Amir lectures in the insolvency field in conferences and professional courses of the Institute for Certified Public Accountants in Israel and in conferences and professional courses of the Israel Bar.
