Meitar Law Offices’ full-service dispute resolution practice is equipped to handle major disputes across all contentious spheres, including corporate, commercial, mass torts, white-collar crime and administrative law. The firm’s enviable stable of multinational clients, together with its robust international experience, also ensures that it is routinely engaged on cross-border proceedings. In a headline-grabbing recent case, Nadav Weisman is representing (pro bono) the Israel Bar Association on filing a petition with the Supreme Court against the Israeli Government, which aims to challenge a recent amendment to Israel’s Basic Law: The Judiciary. Weisman co-heads the department together with Eyal Rosovsky, who has ‘palatial knowledge of Israeli law’, and go-to litigator Israel Leshem. Other key contacts include cross-border litigation specialist Or Baron Gil; class actions partner, Ron Peleg; Liran Bar-Shalom; and Ali Bursztyn.
