Career

Omri Davidov is a partner in the firm’s Tax Group and focuses his practice on international tax planning, tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, taxation of high-net-worth individuals and real estate taxation.

Omri has an extensive experience in handling major tax disputes for our clients both in the administrative stage (assessment discussions) and before the Courts. Many of such cases were resolved in a significant reduction of the clients’ tax burden.

In addition, Omri is regularly involved in the process of transfer of wealth between generations for high net worth families in Israel.   

Omri practiced tax law as a foreign associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. In addition to being admitted to the Israeli Bar, he is also a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining our Firm, worked in the tax department of Deloitte.
