Dr. Eithan Y. Kidron is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group.
Eithan is an expert in criminal law and in regulation. He advises and represents clients in cases involving white-collar criminal offenses and in administrative enforcement cases in Israel, and assists with their cross-border litigation in foreign courts.
In addition to his work at the firm, Eithan is a lecturer at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law and teaches the course “Criminal Law”. He previously taught the course “Criminal Law and Economic Regulation”.
