Career
Michal is a partner at Lipa Meir and head of the infrastructure and B.O.T. practice. Michal has extensive expertise in many infrastructure and B.O.T. projects and currently provides legal counsel to large construction projects, such as desalination projects and the IDF Training Base City project.
