Vaknin has ample experience as a tax expert taking a broad view of the matter considering more than one point of view to the benefit of the client. Adv. Vaknin specialized in a variety of subjects related to VAT tax including obtaining tax preliminary approvals, preparing professional legal opinions, accompanying and representing in tax assessment proceedings, and handling cases before the various Courts in matters relating to VAT tax in both civil and criminal proceedings. Adv. Vaknin has also taken part in forming affiliated agreements between clients he represented and the management division of the tax authority, among some of the clients Adv.
