Position

Jane is junior partner at the Law firm Georgi Dimitrov Attorneys. He advise clients on corporate, competition, administrative and IP law matters. Jane represents major investment fund in litigation procedures before the Macedonian courts. He was part of the team advising during the acquisition of Lynx Resources fby Orion Mine Finance and other international funds in potential acquisition of green-field and brown-field mine projects. Jane’s work also involves supporting clients on competition matters such as concentration notifications and anti-competition rules.

Career

Trainee at the Council of Europe Office in Skopje and NLB Banka prior to joining Georgi Dimitrov Attorneys in 2012. Qualified in Macedonia Bar in July 2014.

Languages

Fluent in English, basic knowledge of German.

Macedonian Young Lawyers Association, Macedonian Bar Association.

Education

Graduated in 2010 at the Faculty of Law Iustinianus Primus within the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. In 2013 he gained his LLM in Business law at the same faculty.
